garlic butter bacon cheddar wheels

Roll out the dough. These Bacon Cheddar Wheels can be made with any pre-made dough you like. Pillsbury (which is what I used),  a grocery store brand, or often if you stop by the local pizza shop, they’ll let you buy some raw dough to take home. You could make your own which would be super cheap and maybe kind of fun depending on your mood… but pre-made is easier and  for me, well, you know what my ass is like. *laaazy*
  • 1 pillsbury pizza dough
  • 4 – 5 slices bacon, crispy, minced
  • ½ c cheddar
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 3 tbs melted butter
  • 3 tsp garlic, minced
  • parsley to garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Roll out pizza dough to a long rectangle
  3. Sprinkle the italian seasoning, bacon, onion and cheddar over the top of the dough
  4. Starting from the longest side, roll up the dough onto itself like a cinnamon roll
  5. Cut in 1″ sections
  6. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until the wheels are golden brown
  7. Meanwhile, mix together the melted butter, garlic and parsley
  8. Brush the wheels with the garlic butter when they come out of the oven.
  9. ENJOY!!
